The Phish

Every now and then you get lucky...A photo pass for Phish dropped into my lap last week for their fall tour closing show in New Hampshire. Since shooting for the first time, I have always wanted to get the opportunity to shoot this band, and after close to 8 years of waiting, it happened. I've always admired the work of Danny Clinch, Jay Blakesberg, Herb Greene, and Jim Marshall, and shooting one Phish show obviously doesn't put me in the ring with them, but getting to goals in your life sure does feel good. It's been such a looong time...

Well I have been traveling all weekend, so I was unable to post. But here is an offering from the weekend to give you an idea of where I was. Music, and performances especially have always been a source of inspiration for me. This weekend was no different and I am ready to make some new work...so stay tuned for a new black and white project that I have already started, but all I have right now are undeveloped rolls of film!!!
